Experienced consultant solicitor Adam Greaves joins Branch Austin McCormick (BAM) with 30 years’ experience of high value, cross-border litigation and arbitration, working for clients from all over the world, including Eastern Europe and Central Asia.

BAM is pleased to announce the addition of Adam Greaves as a Consultant Solicitor, bringing extensive expertise in litigation. He joins the firm on 22nd October 2024 and he will be based in the firm’s office in the heart of Mayfair.

With Adam joining the team, the firm is poised to offer enhanced legal services and broaden its specialised offerings, further strengthening its commitment to delivering exceptional results for clients. Adam, a legal professional, has an impressive educational background that includes studies at Sevenoaks School, Essex University where he earned his degree in Law, and Guildford Law College for his Solicitors Finals. Since qualifying in 1986, he has built a distinguished career at esteemed firms such as Waltons and Morse, Herbert Smith Freehills, Dentons, Steptoe & Johnson, McGuireWoods, CMS, and LK Law, including 25 years of his career spent as a partner.

Over the past few years, Adam has worked on several high-profile fraud cases, showcasing his expertise in complex legal matters. Notable cases include Motorola v. Uzan, Chrysler Pension Trustees v. Stolzenberg, claims related to the Tajik Aluminium Smelter, and Prince Mohammed Bin Fahad Bin Abdul Aziz v. Said Ayas and others. His involvement in these significant cases underscores his commitment to delivering exceptional legal representation. He has also worked on many commercial arbitrations over the last 30 years including against a foreign government.

Adam will be helping to expand BAM’s international client base in high-value, cross-border commercial disputes from all corners of the world including Eastern Europe and Central Asia.
