- Residence Order in the High Court, which the children were transferred from the mother to their father in a landmark judgment considering false allegations against the father and his family. The case has been reported – V v V [2004] EWHC 1215 (Fam).
- A complex high net-worth case which was heard for six weeks at the Roya Courts of Justice. The case involved extensive documentation and was considered to be one of the largest cases in the Family Division at that time. El Farargy v El Farargy & Ors [2008] EWCA Civ 884.
Background
Mira studied law at the University of Kent at Canterbury and went to Law School at the College of Law London. Mira qualified in November 2005. Mira has worked in family law for over 20 years in both regional and London based law firms in Head of Department and Partner roles.
Mira works with a diverse range of clients and specialises in all aspects of family law work, including complex and contested divorce, pre-nuptial agreements, financial proceedings, cohabitation disputes and private children law matters.
Mira has acted on behalf of local and internationally based clients from a range of occupations and background including assisting high-net worth individuals with significant assets and offshore companies /trusts.
Mira’s particular specialism is in helping clients resolve complex financial issues, dealing with pensions, bonuses, trusts, bankruptcy, significant assets, inherited and offshore assets, including businesses.
