With 3 years’ post-qualification experience, Tara works with businesses ranging from start-ups and owner-managed companies to established international organisations. She provides pragmatic, commercially focused advice on mergers and acquisitions, shareholder arrangements, corporate governance, business restructures and general company law matters.

On the commercial side, Tara advises on a wide range of commercial contracts, including terms and conditions, non-disclosure agreements, supply, distribution, agency and services agreements. She regularly reviews and negotiates commercial contracts, helping clients manage risk while achieving their commercial objectives. She also drafts website terms and conditions, privacy policies and cookie policies, and advises on key legal and commercial risks.
