Hal is the managing partner and head of dispute resolution. He has a wide range of expertise gained from over 30 years of experience in numerous areas of practice, including commercial and general litigation, inheritance disputes, employment, family law and immigration.

Tatyana is a Partner within the Dispute Resolution team and has over 16 years of experience advising multinational corporations, high net worth individuals and family offices in numerous practice areas, with a strong focus on complex cross-border disputes as well as investigations and regulatory matters.

Eugene advises on all aspects of English commercial law. He is an international disputes lawyer with over 25 years of experience advising major private and state corporations, as well as ultra-high net worth individuals operating mainly in the energy/natural resources, real estate and financial sectors. He has extensive experience of advising clients connected with Russia, Ukraine, Central Asia and the Middle East.

Aida graduated with a Masters degree at the Faculty of Law in Vytautas Magnus University, Kaunas, Lithuania and undertook her Law Society Graduate Diploma in law followed by the Law Society Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, Bloomsbury, qualifying as a solicitor in October 2012.
Senior Associate – International Dispute Resolution
Elena is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution team at Branch Austin McCormick, bringing a strong track record in handling complex, cross-border disputes with a particular emphasis on international arbitrations involving shareholder conflicts and allegations of fraud. She is both a Solicitor Advocate (Higher Courts – Civil Proceedings) in England and Wales and a Russian qualified lawyer, with several years of practice in the Russian Federation, making her a highly regarded specialist in matters involving Russian law.
Associate - Employment and Disputes
Emily Iveson joined the firm in October 2023, starting her training contract in May 2024, working in the litigation, family and employment departments. Emily has now completed her training and qualified as a solicitor, working across the employment and disputes teams.

Prior to joining BAM, Maria completed her training contract and gained over two years’ experience in the dispute resolution department at a reputable West London law firm. She obtained her LLB and Master’s degree from the University of Sussex before completing the LPC at BPP University.
Maria has now joined BAM’s dispute resolution department, assisting on a broad range of contentious matters.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking and travelling.

MCILEX Advanced Paralegal
Sophie is a paralegal providing legal and administrative support to the Dispute Resolution and Family Law team. She has recently qualified as an MCILEx Advanced Paralegal, and is now set to begin the CILEX Lawyer course.
Sophie won Best Newcomer/Young Practitioner at the CILEX National Paralegal Awards 2025.
